Placing an order or submitting payment confirms that You have read these terms and conditions and understood them. It also binds You to them legally. They constitute the whole of the agreement between You and mcclurgpublishers.com.

Definitions

“Customer,” “You” and “Yours” refer to you, and to any other person placing an order with mcclurgpublishers.com on your behalf.
“Company,” “We” and “Our” refer to mcclurgpublishers.com, a company registered under the laws of Massachusetts.

“Product” refers to every service and product supplied by mcclurgpublishers.com to the Customer under the terms of their Order.
“Order” refers to a request placed by the Customer, by telephone or email, to purchase services or products supplied by mcclurgpublishers.com. An Order is confirmed once a deposit has been received by cheque, credit card, cash receipt, bank wire transfer, Western Union or PayPal.

Our Services

In placing an Order or submitting payment, You are buying the Product for Your own use alone. Products are supplied without refund and carry no warranty, whether expressed or implied. Reading these Terms and Conditions before You place any Order or send any payment through this Website is Your responsibility.

REFUND POLICY

Please read this refund policy in full, so that the entitlements and the limits set out under the MC Clurg Publishers Policy are clear to you before you order.

Refunds are issued only in particular circumstances and under the specific conditions listed below:

Change Of Mind:

• Should you decide, for whatever reason, not to proceed with your project after ordering, a refund may be requested within one hour of the order being placed. Requests made after that hour are subject to a 40% processing fee.

Delivery Not To Standard:

• After delivery, a refund may only be claimed once every one of the remedies below has been attempted;
• Where the work does not meet the project requirements as set out and documented by the customer. Our commitment is to complete satisfaction, and revisions are unlimited for that reason. We will assign, reassign and rewrite the work as often as it takes to get it right.
• Set aside free pages of equivalent value for future use, redeemable by you at any time.

Where we still cannot deliver what was asked for, a refund is processed at a percentage agreed between both parties — and only where the delivery has missed the brief entirely

Late Delivery:

• Delivering on time is something we take seriously. Where we nonetheless fail to do so, and you have attempted to contact us on at least three occasions, a refund is processed once documentary evidence establishes that the delay was the company's fault.

Time Limit For Claims:

• A refund must be claimed within 30 days of delivery. Claims submitted after that window will not be considered.
• Customers should note the refund deadline at the point of ordering.

Circumstances in which no refund is issued:

• Where a delay arises from minor technical matters — grammar, typing, word count, missing references and the like — any refund is settled by mutual agreement, and the company will offer only a partial refund or a discount held against future purchases.
• The company accepts no responsibility for delays originating with the client.
• No refund is issued on the grounds of writing quality alone.
