Refunds are available in the circumstances set out here:
Where a service has been purchased, a refund may be granted within 14 days of that purchase, so long as the service has not already been delivered in full or otherwise used up.

On receiving your request, we will review it and let you know where your refund stands:
Approved requests: where a refund is approved, the credit is returned automatically to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Delayed or missing refunds: if nothing has arrived after 10 business days, check first with your bank or card provider. Should the problem continue, contact us at [email protected]
This Refund Policy may be amended by us at any time. Revisions are published on this page, and anything substantial is additionally notified by email or through a notice on the site.

A full refund is available across all MC Clurg Publishers services. It is not, however, unconditional — the qualifying conditions below still apply.
The MC Clurg Publishers Refund Policy does not apply where;
Late night, early morning, weekend — there is always someone on our team ready to pick up.
